OUR MISSION
Met Youth Calgary is a Greek Orthodox Youth Group in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, that aspires to introduce youth and young adults to Christ and inspire them to live out their relationships with the Lord and His Church on a daily basis. We strive to keep our faith, heritage, culture and traditions of our Greek Orthodox Community alive through spiritually and socially cultivating the next generations.
We aim to leave a legacy by being mentors and educators.
Ways We Help
Met Youth Calgary aims to educate and shape the lives of orthodox youth. The work we do is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. Through volunteering, fundraising and providing youth programs, we maintain our orthodox values and faith.
Youth Group Programs
Met Youth Calgary sees the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change. Our Youth Group Program is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support!
Volunteer Opportunities
One of our goals is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
